Run 800 meters, 2 pood KB swing, 30 reps 30 pull-ups - 5 rounds for time!
KB swings you can gut through. Break the pull-ups just so you have gas in the later rounds. Also, on the run don't be afraid to use the 10/5 method after the first few rounds (10 seconds running/5 seconds walking) it is going to be brutal. If you're not super fit, the run will be the worst part by far.
