SHIPPING
We will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day up until 3pm Monday to Friday and your order should be with you between 3 and 5 working days.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail

Please bear in mind that on occasion they can experience delays which are beyond our control, We kindly ask that you contact us regarding any late or lost deliveries before leaving a negative review in order for us to rectify the issue.
The timings are a guideline only & are not guaranteed, if you require the delivery urgently please contact us and we can send on a guaranteed service for an additional charge.
*if you opt for your delivery to be left in a safe place then you are liable for this.

EUROPEAN SHIPPING - we only use a tracked service due to recent issues
We will ship without duty paid (DDU), you may receive an additional invoice for duty and VAT if applicable.
European deliveries will be made via Royal Mail Air Mail.
Shipping is calculated based on weight and product dimensions.
Uncollected or Returned Packages
If a delivery is attempted and your parcel is waiting for pickup, please collect it as soon as possible.
If the package isn’t collected and is returned to us, we’ll be happy to resend it once it arrives back — just note that new shipping costs will apply.
If you prefer a refund instead, we’ll refund the item price only (shipping and return fees aren’t refundable).
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout to help ensure smooth delivery!
Please report any late / lost deliveries to us within 2 weeks of your order date.
RETURNS
We offer no hassle refunds and exchanges on all full priced items in original condition and packaging with the exception of SGF ropes as these are made to order.
Please print, read and fill in our exchange/return form, then send it back to us with your order and we will take care of the rest.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
